in the drainage area between the intersection of Admiral Halsey and Antares Rd to Academy Hills Drive, just south of the man hole cover the area has started dropping down several inches. This is a main walkway to both the school and Acadamy Hills Park and presents a trip hazard to young and old alike. Before the park renovation was started (apx 6 months ago) this area was almost flat.
