there is blinking lights at the end of clearview ln that blinks when a car is coming up the road and when there is not a car coming they dont blink. they are now blinking all the time and the department of transportation has been contacted numorus times by everyone in the neighborhood. they say that they will fix them but it has not been done yet. they have been broke for a month or so. everyone in the neighborhood is afraid that someone is going to get badly hurt or killed.
