Just wondering if the city is planning on upgrading existing signal equipment indications from incandescent to LED anytime soon? Many signals throughout the city remain lit with bulbs and although remain structurally sound (albeit very old) the indications are burnt, dull, dim and otherwise hard to see. Energy and repair savings and the improvements made in indication visibility make it seem like this would be a no brainer for Albany. Any plans for a major retrofit soon?
