Description

Why is Harrington Street closed? Absolutely no street construction has taken place since the street was blocked. Is the street closed for the convenience of the developer/builder? Who granted permission or issued a permit to close the street? Did the City Manager approve the street closing? Did City Council approve the street closing? When will the street reopen? This street closing inconveniences all of the people that live and work in the area. Why has no one from the city responded to the complaints lodged in this forum about the problems with West Street created by the same developer/builder? Please answer all of my questions. Please reopen Harrington Street immediately. This street closure is unnecessary and a complete nuisance. West Street is blocked also and mud is being tracked onto the street. Traffic can not pass through because the barricades extend into the travel path..
