Description

trees growing in ditches, yards full of junk, one even has a dumster in the front yard for over a year, dirt roads, over 300 overgrowm lots which keeps you from seeing people dumping unwanted pets, garbage, tires, whatever they dont want in there neighborhoods, parking and doing all sorts of crime. ive lived in this area [36st - rt 254,pearl av - railroad tracks] for 36 years and the only thing they ever done was fix pearl. they are 3 city parks in this area that have never been touched.why cant the people who own these empty lots be held acountable for there property. the empty lots hold water ,wild animals, crime but you cant see because of the overgrown woods.then when someone complains inspecters show up looking at your place nitpicking.hell we pay taxes here to in are part of south lorain
