Segment of sidewalk is not fit for pedestrians to safely cross and needs repair.

Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. A mature tree's roots have naturally broken the concrete sidewalk making for an unsafe path for pedestrians. Many students frequent the path to attend school and many members frequent to reach the nearest Metro bus station on W 34th St and E T C Jester Blvd.
