Description

There needs to be a stop sign on 8th St @ Center St. There are NO stop signs on 8th St between Mandela Pkwy and Peralta St which creates a 4 block speedway for drivers.I have seen Many accidents at this intersection over the years. Center St. is also a much used walking route to and from BART. Without stop signs and crosswalks this is a very sketchy street to cross!!
