Description
Somebody duped some garbage and used furniture in the city owned traffic island at the intersection of Plainview Ave and Rankin St (in front of 1701 Rankin St). We cleaned up the garbage, but the furniture (couch and loveseat) have been there 2 weeks. Please assist or advise who we need to contact for assistance. Thanks!
