Description

Papa Johns at corner of Avent Ferry and Western Blvd has put flyers on all the cars and on mailboxes and homes all over the area. Wind is blowing them off, creating litter. Also, it is illegal for them to put those on residential mailboxes. Papa Johns at this location regularly litters the neighborhood with their flyers.
