I live next door to this person and I ask my yard mowing man to trim the bush back so I could see backing out of my drive. Neighbor came out yelling at him it was her bush and made him stop trimming it. It is a fine line if it is Her bush or mine but either way it needs to be severely cut back or totally down as it is a safety hazard. She has a second bush directly in front of her house that is also grown out onto the road. You cannot see but very little of her house for all the shrubs, bushes, plants etc she has planted all over the place. Her "green thumb" is way out of control and no regard for safety. I was nearly hit the other day by a vehicle that could not see me nor me see them while backing out of my drive.
