Description

Do you see the traffis? 4 lanes like an interstate highway, but it is outside my house, and they are stopped, so they HONK constantly, from 11 am Friday through the evening, then again on Saturday, and on Sunday, so they can get across Manhattan 1 mile away to the Holland tunnel. ONe mile away, and HERE they honk. This is not to warn of danger, it is just frustration at waiting. Why don't the police enforce the $350 fine for honking that is posted on Broadway?

STILL NASTY HONKERS CONSTANTLY OUTSIDE. Right now one, two three, honks, and the traffic isnot even baad. Miserable. Bet this doesn't happen in their New Jersey neighborhoods.

January 30 2012, the drivers just lean on their horns and each one decides at some arbitrary moment to honk and it is so loud reverberating off the buildings that it disturbs from blocks away. Horrible.

drivers honk all times of the day, today started by 5:30, what could they be honking at? Oh, someone in their way. interstate driving on city streets. Everyone should clear out of their way, else they become dangerous, so they spew poison.

can you tell what's going on here? how would you like to cross this car filled morass, with every driver out for themselves, and the pedestrian be damned. That's what we get every day - trying to cross on our light is hazardous.

Oct 25th They still block the grid, the others HONK. this is half was across Manhattan, but they are blocked up trying to get into the tunnel. WHy? to save the toll as they only have to pay ONE WAY on the Verrazano bridge, so THIS WAY IS FREE! BUT we residents are paying for it, total aggravation. Why aren't the police at least getting income for the city from tickets?
