9-24-14 This complaint will be monitored to confirm any detectable odor.

10-01-14 Complaint being monitored.

10-06-14 Several stops made over the course of 2 weeks to confirm odor. Detectable odor in elevator and immediate area. Windows are kept open on 2nd floor of building and deodorizers are used to diminish smell. Voice message was left for property manager to discuss proper abatement.

10-09-14 Manager of facility is working on a permanent solution to this issue and agreed to copy the Health Dept on any correspondence relating to the abatement of this issue. Further checks will be done to ensure compliance.
