Description
The only apartment building at this intersection has turned into a literal garbage dump. There is trash everywhere, in the street, on the sidewalk, falling out of a pickup, all over the grounds of the apartments, and more. This is a huge problem at this moment, beyond the usual sort of dumping occurs here.
Please send a team out immediately. This apartment building, the only stand alone apartment on this corner, seems to have an owner that does not care. Following up and fining the owner is more than appropriate in this case.

This was not cleaned up, and in fact, was lit on fire last night. Blight draws crimes, as this serial arson shows.
