I just saw a tweet from Doug Housladen asking for bike rack requests. They have 30 to distribute! I do not know if he will see this scf entry... Maybe contact him at Traffic and Parking? Or if you are on Twitter.

We do see your issue. Thank you for posting. We will inspect the area to determine if a bicycle rack can be installed. Once we do that, we will follow up within this post. We are going to move this issue to the Signs/Bus Shelters/Pavement Markings category.
