To Matthew Bartoli, and
Director of Health and Safety Windsor Connecticut and any other Town Official who should be aware of this.
Residential home floor vibrations continuous throughout. and strengthening 4:13pm Cool temps have no effect on this issue. There has been no resoltution given by either ISO or the town of WIndsor This is an continuous ongoing issue. 9/23/14
