Description
It appears that somebody dumped cement into the turn lane at Avent Ferry Rd and Chappell Dr, and then allowed it to dry there. The result is a big bump in the turn lane when you are trying to turn from Avent Ferry onto Chappell. It would much appreciated if this could be cleaned up and removed from the road.
