It would be great if dogs were permitted off-leash at Bushrod park at times when the fields are not being used for other purposes. Of course, dog owners would need to be vigilent about picking up after their dogs. Legitimizing dogs in Bushrod park could help this by brining in more responsible dog owners who can help the community police itself.
