Description

Dead pine tree 100+ feet tall, trunk diameter of 30+inches. If it falls south power lines will go. Located on property listed in tax records as belonging to Curtis Wayne Spires. If it falls to the east it will significantly damage residence at 2765 Pinewood and could cause personal injury. Owner notified September 16 by certified mail.
