I reported this again to City officials as last week was a bit of a nightmare with loud noises from trucks, cranes, loudspeakers started at 4am. The loudspeaker was left on all night Sunday to Monday- no sleep. I am told a meeting with Pike management is in the works. Hopefully this will stop the noise before 7am, including week ends and bank holidays. I was told to call the police to document the violations. It's annoying to disturb them for this, but i guess one needs to sleep. I am sorry they have to stat work so early, but it shouldn't be an excuse for disturbing others. They obviously pay no attention to the noise they are making at such an early morning hour.
