Bins were out Wednesday for pick up on Thursday. were not emptied !
Out since then !!
Your mail box, for curb side pick up is filled !!

Please note that I personally checked the bins, prior to my placing them at the curbside for this past Thursday's pickup. Since they have been there for five days, I'm sure they have been compromised by others, evidenced by the overflow.
