While most of the tenants in this building are really cool, you guys have a few individuals that make it uncomfortable to live on S. Edgemont.

1) Several tenants use other people's property to chill while they sit, blab on the phone (loudly or quietly) smoke and then litter said butts.

2) You have a dog positioned in the back that barks all day. I mean ALL day almost every day. How can anyone be okay with that?

Suggestions: Tell your tenants to stop loitering on other people's property, and maybe install a nice sitting bench outside of your front door so they are discussing their lives under your window, not mine.
