Description

This house has a new German Shepherd. Although I've been sleeping with windows closed, I keep getting woken up by their incredibly loud dog in their yard. This has happened at 7am almost every day. Also the dog frantically barks at runners and other dogs and disturbs the whole neighborhood. The dog is also often heard at 11pm. Because it sounds like a crazy police dog my dog then freaks out and barks (indoors) in response. We had a quiet neighborhood prior to them getting the dog a couple of months ago.

People are afraid to walk by their bc their front yard fence is too low and the dog towers over it barking when it sees you. Please help!
