Since it has been over two months, I'm guessing your concern hasn't been received by anyone that can do anything about it...I'm guessing the Transportation Dept. is not responsible for this...I would try calling Parks and Rec (Numbers Below)...I'm gonna guess they are the department responsible for maintaining the landscaping since it is inside a City of Tucson park...might even be a Pima County Parks and Rec. issue so they might refer you to them, don't know...In any case, all the best and good luck.

Told by Tucson Parks and Rec to call Pima Parks 520-724-5000 (new number)
Email: Front.Desk@pima.gov George Brook-Ops Manager
Note sent to Front.Desk@pima.gov:
Pima Parks and Rec:
This tree has not had any attention and still continues to erode.
It is starting to look weak now.
This has been reported through See Click Fix (see details below)
Evidently Pima has taken over this section for maintenance.
I have a call into George Brooks, Ops Mgr.
My greatest interest is to get Pima Parks & Rec to participate in the See Click Fix program.
You can see now that this has already taken 4 months without resolution.
That kind of response time means that precious trees that the public has paid for will die.
Received call back from George Brooks, Ops Mgr, today and he took the information.
He said Pima wants to be more customer available with Facebook and possibly See Click Fix.
