Description

There are several low hanging utility lines coming off of 4003 Patterson Avenue to the telephone pole in the alley. Power line is one but is about 10 feet off the ground and have called Dominion separately but there are 5-6 other lines (phone lines, perhaps) that are about 6 feet off the ground and can easily be grabbed.
