I walk this area all the time. I don't see any issues with over grown shrubs. There aren't any sidewalks on Arden st. and the sidewalk is completely clear on Concord on the corned mentioned.

I live on Arden street, and we do, in fact, have sidewalks. The bushes are so overgrown that I am forced to push them out of the way, or they catch in my children's stroller. There is a butterfly bush that you have to duck under while simultaneously stepping over tall plants. Plants from the backyard are growing out over and under the fence. There is definitely a problem.

I'm wrong. I confused Alden and Arden streets.
