Description
On Freeman St., between Hillside Ave. and Fairfield Ave. there are newly install speed bumps. These have no warning markings to alert motorist. There are temporary BUMP signs, but some are down and can't be seen until you drive past them, others are blocked by parked card. I agree with the speed bump program to reduce speeders, but give the rest of us some warning that they are there. Lane marking should be done the same day the bump is installed. Even at 25 mph driving over one give a jolt.
