Cronic violater, yard is a mess. Weeds, dead trees, limbs, lawn is never mowed. This has been an issue at this residence for the past 8 years...please address this!

Block Captain. In reading the viewed count of 300+ I'd think, yes, yes they do. In reading the comments/actions posted to this issue over the two-plus years it's been open I'd think, no, no they don't.
But not to worry, this one they've left open. I think it's a stand-out issue of some sort.
