So, if you just moved to Malden after the announcement to all residents, visiting or doing business then it's a guessing game. Signs that help let people know not to park in those designated areas on certain days and times. Other cities and towns use them for street cleaning. Malden is just scamming people for money.

The DPW does not put signs for street sweeping. All residents are notified at the beginning of street sweeping season and this is posted on the City Website at www.cityofmalden.org
