Description

The Qwest box on Rio Grande just north of Teodoro has been dug up for over six months, maybe even a whole year!, and its debris and barricades have been blocking sidewalk access. There is no way to get around it except to walk through a neighbor's front yard or go into Rio Grande Blvd. My kids and I frequently walk up the street and feel very unsafe as we approach this obstacle. I have reported this repeatedly to Qwest, with no response. Thank you for getting on it!!
