Description

There are significant potholes in the alley between Park Avenue & Elkins Avenue (between 38th & 39th Avenues).

There also needs to be a bulk trash pick up or cleanup effort in that alley. Many items -- like mattresses, lawn chairs, etc. that are not in garbage cans, but need to be picked up as garbage.
