Description

This residence already illegally cut their driveway curb once before. Their neighbor is doing a renovation but there was no permit posted for this work at this address. I can't imagine the City of San Francisco would approve a driveway curb cut that would put the street tree actually IN the driveway. I'm guessing they paid the neighbor's contractor to do it without a permit.
