Description

On South Mattis Avenue, between Windsor Road and Kenny Ave, there are areas in the road where potholes have been patched, but have collapsed to the point where they need to be filled again. There are also places in the road where it the asphalt has sunken, and these areas need to be filled, as they are as rough as a pothole. Mainly in the northbound lanes.
