Description
There are many potholes on Ogden Street between Prospect and Edgehill. There are also several patches crumbling. Seems to be time to repave the whole street.

This has been an ongoing problem. There are several multi-foot-wide ditches where the road is sunken several inches deep, probably due to poor patching over pipes. This causes cars to bottom out and scrape the road. It also causes drivers to swerve dangerously to avoid the ditches, including one near the top of the blind hill. This is a traffic accident waiting to happen.

The patches are starting to reopen again, and it's clear that we'll be in bad shape again by the winter. Why can't Ogden street be repaved?
