This is an ongoing problem. A security camera could solve it and would end up being cheaper. The city could then get the drivers plates and ticket them or whatever it would take. Again, consider the area we are in. Seems Oakland doesn't consider us important but the Lake area is where the rents have skyrocketed. Thanks Mayor!!!!
