Description

Yesterday, I observed a car traveling northbound on Bell Street at a high rate of speed. Bell Street is one-way southbound. The driver went through intersection at Bell Street and Auburn Avenue against the green. Since the driver was traveling the wrong way, he/she could not see that the light was red and traffic on Auburn Avenue had the right-of-way. Please check the signage at Bell Street and Edgewood Ave to make sure Bell Street is clearly marked as one way.
