I asked this parking enforcement officer to please ticket a car double-parked in the bike lane a block away. She laughed and kept looking at Facebook on her phone, and said "you act like this is such a big deal" and "I can do what I want." I ended up leaving in disgust at her rudeness and cavalier attitude. To a parking enforcement officer, parking enforcement is a big deal -- it's your whole job!
