A white sedan has been parked at the corner of W. Clay and Smith Streets on the right-hand side for over 3 weeks now. All windows are rolled down and it has rained multiple times, and also received at least 1 parking ticket for street cleaning, which makes me think it was left here. Can the owners be contacted to possibly move this car from our street?
