More trash receptacles are needed in Paulus Hook! Thus far the JCIA has not responded to my requests. Our sidewalks are disgusting. There is one trash receptacle every several blocks. With the amount of people who have moved into new high rises + children +pets, there's more foot traffic and that impacts the need for trash receptacles. I don't know why that's so difficult to understand. One need just do the math.
