No flow into the storm drains whatsoever for the last 2 years, and declining flow for the years before that. Leaves and junk have saturated the line. Roy Daggs, another resident on my street, was able to have his suctioned by the truck a couple weeks ago after he wrote letters to Mike Duggan and Council Member Sheffield. Drawing on his success, I put in a work order with the office in this area of Detroit over the phone. For redundancy I am submitting this request also.
