I have reported this three (3) times since June and the City has yet to locate and notify the property owner. 9/16 late in day the City cleared an unobtrusive area JUST BEYOND & next to the problem overgrowth !!
I will contact the Public Works office again, as this road is dangerous to thru traffic and almost impassable. I simply do not understand why the City has not located the owners of the commercial property for Brooks Diner bldg.
The city did not clear it. That was my company River City Recycling. The neighborhood association asked me this week if I would clear it and I told them yes.
If it's across the street it's actually the city responsibility.
Thank you @ River City Recycle ! Thought I saw City insignia on guy I spoke w/ vest. Do you know who owns the property/parking lot @ the Brooks Diner? The City informs they cannot locate the owner. The problem area is on the same side of the street where the parking lot drops off, just before where your easement is now cleared. The City will not take responsibility - it is ticket No. 20020954822. Many thanks again

I plan on trying to get it resolved for the neighborhood. I am aware there is an issue with who's responsible.
Thank you for your involvement. I agree it is very dangerous.
