Please adjust signal timing and phasing to favor the heavier traffic on St. Albans Drive.

Since I have opened this ticket I have noticed that this light appears to be dedicated to Dartmouth. This morning the light turned green for dartmouth when no traffic was present but traffic was still present on St. Albans. This causes unnecessary pollution due to cars sitting idling while no traffic is present on Dartmouth.
