Description

The homeless encampment in the park at the east end of the Henry J. Kaiser Convention Center, which the police cleared some months ago, is getting reestablished. There are at least three tents plus a person sleeping outside not in a tent, and trash and debris are beginning to accumulate in the plants and bushes.
