Description
Apartment building in otherwise residential neighborhood, having loud parties until wee hours of the morning, as late as 3 am. Have called police and landlord at various times over the years.
Building also started to deteriorate over past couple of years: empty beer bottles left outside most weekends, abandoned couch on front lawn for months at a time, pillows left on roof for over a year. . . really uncared for.
