Two large wooden telephone-type poles have been lying along the north side of Montrose just west of Malden all summer. They are a danger to pedestrians, especially kids who are tempted to walk on them. They have been tagged with graffiti. Plants are growing between them. They belong to Exelon / ComEd (see photo of labels)
