Description

Persistent honking due to traffic jam on Mott Street since afternoon (now it is 9pm and no end in sight). This is not the first time, have complaint on 311 many times, but no fix by police. Totally disrupts living and sleeping. Don't understand why NYC police is not acting and the city is not making money off the honkers.
