Construction crew has completely blocked sidewalk by installing scaffolding and moving the porta-potty into the middle of the sidewalk. Worse, there is a truck backed up delivering materials blocking one lane in the street forcing pedestrians to blindly walk out into the middle of the street hoping no cars are coming as the truck is to large to see around. - The pic is blurry because the crew was watching me take the pic making me uncomfortable.
