Description

Graffiti on cement wall approximately 85 feet in length owned by Central Highland builders, Poulsbo Place 2. It is an eyesore, this owner has never thoroughly cleaned the graffiti. It needs to be painted and an anti-graffiti sealant applied to make it easy clean. This action was performed by POULSBO Place I, a few years ago after it was tagged w graffiti. The wall has remained free of graffiti ever since.
