Description

Nighttime construction noise on 395 has got to be violating rules about doing road work after dark in residential areas. We live in the Capitol Square townhomes which span 7th to 9th Streets SW and have backyards that face 395. All night long there is noise from trucks working down there that impede our sleep. Beeping and crashes. Please look into stopping work from 10pm-6am or something civilized like that!
