Description
Very busy location near Highland Hospital with lots of fast moving traffic. Many pedestrians use this crossing to access the hospital. With the Walk signal totally broken, people do not have time to cross 14th Avenue here making the situation extremely dangerous since some are seeking medical services. LETS HELP THEM NOT GET HIT BY A MOVING VEHICLE!

This corner is @ the intersection of E. 31st Street & 14th Avenue, not East 34th street & 14th street, as their message states (note errors for both). I corrected the typo originally but apparently it didn't "take".
The broken pedestrian-crossing "button" is on the corner closest to Highland Hospital,
the ~north-west corner of the intersection.
