Description

When taking a left turn from south bound Hwy 29 on to Eucalyptus the left turn arrow only flashes on for about two seconds. The usually means it is only safe for one or two cars to turn before the light turns red. Unfortunately, since many drivers don't want to wait for the next cycle they just keep moving into the intersection after the light goes red. I'm not sure if this is caused by a malfunctioning sensor of if this is intentional, either way it should be looked at and fixed. I encounter this problem most week days in the afternoon.
